My name is Pritesh Joshi, and I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, with over 12 years experience in working with common mental health difficulties. I am committed to providing therapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment., and firmly believe I can help you to live a more satisfying and meaningful life.

I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
